My favorite TV shows are the music or dance competitions. Each person interviewed always states that singing or dancing is their passion and their particular art form has carried them through difficult times into a brighter future.
Writing has always been my passion and creative outlet. I have journals dating back to the 70’s along with many special projects and research papers. Over the past few years spirit kept tapping me on the shoulder. “You need to write a book, you need to write a book.” I had ideas and outlines about what I wanted to share, yet the “lock” hadn’t occurred. I allowed circumstances or insecurities to get in my way. i.e. I’m moving, the temporary digs aren’t conducive to writing, moving again to a new home, my mother’s unexpected passing, grieving and walking through a dark night of the soul. The final feather to land on an already fragile plate was my new husband having a stroke.
Despite my many years of training…this last incident sent me tumbling as I had to quickly re-prioritize my life and schedule. I was thrust into a role I had no desire to play…that of a caretaker who had no idea about my love’s road to recovery. I was angry, resentful and had a hard time finding the support I so desperately needed.
One afternoon I was meditating and within the first three minutes the Table of Contents was downloaded! I jumped up, ran to the computer and began to write. I knew, that I knew, that I knew…my time had come to bring hope, peace and resolution to the many souls battered by the waves of change.
Although change is the only constant in life, we tend to resist it especially when we don’t choose a particular shift in circumstances. Whether we choose to change or it is thrust upon us unexpectedly, a bedrock of timeless, spiritual principles are necessary to help make the transitions bearable and often open doors to new talents and opportunities.
With so many personal, technical and economic changes occurring in rapid succession it can be a challenge to simply keep up. It is my hope that you realize there is a wonderful future in this world of rapid change. You have a purpose and a plan, even if that plan appears to be a degree or two off of what you had envisioned. A future that is perfect, whole and complete. It is too easy to get stuck in the muck and mire of your own story and feel as though you are the only one experiencing your pain. You are NOT alone. The information in Golden Solutions for Change will help you stay grounded and serve as a reminder that you’ve always lived in the divine light of health, wealth, love and perfect self-expression.
